★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أول مرة أجرب الشركة وصراحة من بدايتها تجربة سيئة جداً.
المفروض اليوم أول يوم وأمس أتواصل أشوف متى وقت التسليم مافيه رد ولا تم التواصل معاي أبداً. وبعد ما وصلت الدوام يتواصل معاي مندوب التوصيل الساعة ٩:١٥ يقول لي أنا عند الموقع الي هو المنزل. طبعاً أسلوبه سيء جداً ومستفز بالكلام وغير هذا يقول أنا بالموقع و١٠ دقايق مافيه أحد.
تعامل جداً جداً سيء وخدمة عملاء أسوأ.

Today is the first day, and yesterday I communicated to see when the delivery time was, but there was no response, and I was never contacted. After I arrived at work, the delivery representative contacted me at 9:15, telling me that I am at the site that is home. Of course, his style is very bad and provocative in speech, and other than this, he says I am on the site and for 10 minutes there is no one.
Very very bad customer service.
