مخبوزاتهم جيدة لكن يحتاج إدارة متطورة ، تأخير ، بدائية في استقبال الطلبات ، يستقبل طلبك بالتلفون وتجي بعد 45دقيقة يقول لسه طلبك مابدينا فيه والرقم الموجود بالقوقل ماب ليس له ، المحاسب بتاع كله يلحق على الزباين ويروح عند المخبز والعجان ، لأنه يشتغل محاسب وفران وعجان ومراقب على العمال وكل شي

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كنت أخذ منه قديم قبل سنوات وجيته قبل يومين ماعنده غير عميل واحد والعامل يعجن وكاشير بنفس الوقت ، طلبته يجي حتى أطلب منه قال لي انتظر لين أخلص ثم اجيك !!!
جلست حول ٥ دقائق ولا جاني ومشيت طبعاً النجمتين هذي حقت العشره و صموده لسنوات .
