★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حرام النجمهة حتى فيه ، كنت زبون دائم للمحل لين بدا يفقد مكانته لعدة اسباب : اولا جيته قبل كم يوم والجلسات ريحتها سيئة جدا ولا قدرت اكل ، ثانياً اليوم جيت والمطبخ الي يتحضر فيه الاكل فيه عمال من محل ثاني جايين يسولفون مع العمال الي داخل المطبخ ؟؟؟؟ بدون حتى لا كمام ولا قلفز ولا اي شي وحتى لو كان لابس ، من الاساس ليش عامل غريب مو تبع المطبخ يدخل المطبخ شي غريب ومستفز ؟ صورت الموضوع كامل وبرفع بلاغ للبلدية وان شاءالله يتصرفون معهم ! ولمن جيت اصور الكاشير قعد يترجاني يقول خلاص بالله سامحه !!!

Frankly, the food is amazing, especially Maqlouba Shamaliya, which I ordered at home and it was very beautiful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كبسة مقلوبة تعتبر بالنسبة لتجربتي الشخصيه الأولى على مستوى المنطقة وتعامل موظفين محمد ومالك سودانيين الجنسية بسماحة وطيب نفس ورقي أخلاق ونظافة المطعم ممتازه ومواقف متوفره يحتاج المطعم لتعريف الزبائن بإنتقال موقعه بالجهة المقابلة تماما قبل شهرين من هذا التاريخ أنصح بشدة لزيارته وتذوق المقلوبة بطعمها الساحر وبتنوع طبخها وبصنفين الأولى (المقلوبة الجنوبية ) والثانية (المقلوبة الشمالية)وباسعار معقوله جدآ وللتوضيح سعر الجنوبيه ٤٠ريال للحبة دجاج مع الرز
والشمالية ٤٢ريال حبة دجاج مع الرز البشاور وبالإمكان أخذ الصنفين في صحن كما تم طلبي له وتجربته خالص تحياتي للعاملين والمشاهدين مجددآ

To clarify, the southern price is 40 riyals per piece of chicken with rice.
And the Shamalia is 42 riyals, a piece of chicken with bashawar rice, and the two items can be taken on a plate as requested and tested. My sincere greetings to the workers and viewers again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سأكتب بناءً على تجربتي مع المطعم خلال فترة سنة أقمتها في خميس مشيط وهى خلال الفترة 2019/2020م = 1440/1441 هـ..
المطعم متواضع وليس مرفه = أي مطعم شعبي و ليس سياحي = وهذا لا يعيبه في أي شئ و بالرغم من ذلك فإن الأكل طيب الطعم ويكافئ من حيث الجودة مطاعم أكثر منه شهرة و تعد مطاعم سياحية.. و العاملين بالمطعم أظن أغلبهم من أشقائنا السودانين طيبي القلوب سمحين النفوس معاملتهم في غاية التأدب و الود.
لم آكل مطلقاً في المجلس داخل المحل إنما دائماً أطلب الأكل وآخذه للمنزل؛ فتقييمي بناءً على ذلك فقط.
أكثر ما أسعدني من أكلهم أنني وجدت عندهم "الجريش" وهو أقرب أكلة من حيث المكونات و الطعم لأكلة "الكشك الصعيدي" المصرية (الكشك الصعيدي المصنوع من حبات القمح و اللبن وليس الكشك ألماظ كما يصنعه أهل القاهرة).
أسعارهم جيدة جداً، وسرعة تجهيز الطلبات معقولة.
I will write based on my experience with the restaurant during the one-year period I stayed in Khamis Mushait, which is during the period 2019/2020 AD = 1440/1441 AH..
The restaurant is modest and not luxurious = any popular restaurant and not tourist = and this does not fault it in anything. Despite that, the food tastes good and is more rewarding in terms of quality than it is more famous than it is a tourist restaurant.. and the workers in the restaurant I think most of them are from our good-hearted Sudanese brothers They were allowed to be treated very politely and cordially.
I never ate in the majlis inside the shop, but I always asked for food and took it home; My rating is based on that only.
What made me happier about eating them was that I found in them “Jareesh”, which is the closest dish in terms of ingredients and taste to the Egyptian “Kishk Al-Saeedi” (the Saidi kiosk made of wheat and milk, not the Almaz kiosk, as the people of Cairo make it).
Their prices are very good, and the speed of processing orders is reasonable.

السلبيات /
١-رز البشاور في المقلوبه اقل من مستوى سمعة البشاور
٢- الباذنجان والبطاطس يابسه وماتنهضم ولافيها طعم كونها مقليات تعرضت للبروده
٣- كمية الزيت في كلتا الوجبتين كبيرة جدا لانها تحتوي على بطاطس وباذنجان
٤-الطعم مقبول بس مو لدرجة اني بجربها مره ثانيه وهذي تعتبر سلبية
الايجابيات/
١-اخلاق العماله السودانية راقيه جدا
٢- قصدير حافظة المقلوبة ممتاز ويعطي انطباع جيد للوجبه

Negatives /
1- Al-Bashawar rice in Al-Maglouba is less than the reputation of Al-Bashawar
2- Eggplant and potatoes are dry and do not digest and have no taste because they are fried that have been exposed to cold
3- The amount of oil in both meals is very large because it contains potatoes and eggplant
4- The taste is acceptable, but it is not so much that I try it again and this is considered negative
Positives/
1- The morals of the Sudanese workers are very high
2- The upside down tin foil is excellent and makes a good impression on the meal
