★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المطعم نظيف والطعم لذيذ لكن في عدة ملاحضات لازم يعدلها
الملاحضات هي انه
يحط زيت زيادة مره بشكل مبالغ فيه
يزود البهارات زياده لما صار لون الكبده اصفر
يطبخ الطماط في البداية مع البصل وهذا يخلي الطماط ينهرس مره لما يصير مثل الكشنه
اغلب معلمين الكبده يحط الطماط آخر شي قبل ما تستوي الكبدة بشوي
انا والله ما حطيت الملاحضات هذي عشان ابغى أضره او اسيء له انا والله حطيتها ابغى معلم الكبدة يقراها ويعدلها عشان ينجح المطعم
الله يرزق راعي المطعم ويوفقه

Puts too much oil once
Adds more spices when the liver turns yellow
The tomatoes are first cooked with onions, and this makes the tomatoes crunch once when it becomes like a couscous
Most liver teachers put tomatoes last before the liver is roasted
By God, I did not put these notes because I wanted to harm him or offend him. By God, I put them down. I want the liver teacher to read them and adjust them so that the restaurant will succeed.
