 The apartments are renovated... Clean, spacious, there is a kitchen and two bathrooms... The furniture is great... The price is right... The reception is top of cooperation.. Advice to visit the apartments ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عندما قرأت التعليقات والرد عليها من قبل صاحب الفندق توقعت بأن هناك تحسن واستجابة لطلبات الزبائن وتفاعل مع الملاحظات
ولكن للأسف لم يتغير شيء فالخدمات ضعيفة جداً
والصراصير مازالت تصول وتجول
والتعقيم والنظافة سيئة مع أننا في وسط أزمة كورونا خاصة المفارش والشراشف واغطية المساند ولم يتم تغييرها بعد النزيل السابق
حتى سلة المهملات لم يكلفوا انفسهم برفعها بعد خروج الزبون من الغرفة
دخول هذا الفندق من غلطات العمر
When I read the comments and responded to them by the hotelier, I expected that there would be improvement and a response to customer requests and reacted to the feedback
Unfortunately, nothing has changed, as the services are very weak
And cockroaches still roam
Sterilization and hygiene are bad even though we are in the middle of the Corona crisis, especially the bedspreads, sheets and cushion covers, and they have not been changed after the previous guest.
Even the trash bin did not bother to lift it after the customer left the room
Entering this hotel is from the mistakes of a lifetime

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اوصخ شقه سكنتها في حياتي لانظافه ولا استقبال هنوده ريحتهم وصخه حتى مناديل ماحطو والتكيف يظلع صوت مزعج لو مانيب مجبور ماخذتها ولا شفتها نصيحه ارقد في خيمه ولا تجيها نجمه بعد وتخب عليكم
The dirtiest apartment I've ever lived in, because of its cleanliness, the smell of Indians, and the smell of it, even the tissues they don't have and the air conditioning makes an annoying sound if I don't have to take it or see it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was no receptionist when we arrived. Waited around an hour noon time. Sheets pillow covers were not clean we hardly convinced the otel's singe staff to change it . He gave new beddings to our hand and we changed together. There were ladies hairs and other short hairs everywhere at room. He cleaned after our request. Today I saw a cockroach while eating at room. Disgusting place, but you don't have many options around :(
