★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سكنت فيها شهر كامل للامانه الادارة مهتمه بالنظافه بشكل دوري وايضا الروائح لكن فيه اشكالية بخصوص الاسعار مبالغ فيها ، خصوصاً اني اخذت غرفتين ولايوجد الا حمام واحد فقط والمطبخ ايضاً ججمه صغير والانترنت ضعيف ف المفترض الاسعار تكون معقوله مقابل الخدمات
 I lived in it for a whole month for the secretariat. The administration is interested in regular cleanliness and also the smells, but there is a problem with the prices being exaggerated, especially since I took two rooms and there is only one bathroom and the kitchen is also small and the internet is weak so the prices are supposed to be reasonable for services

دوره المياه تعبانه وخاصه المروش او دش ينقط على خفيف اثاث قديم اضاهه تعبانه مره ساعه 12 ظهر وانت نايم يتصل عليك بتجدد او تطلع خير انتظر لساعه 3 العصر ما انصح بها وبشده

١-موقع جيد
٢-مواقف مريحة ومواقف قبو
٣-الحارة خلف الفندق فيها كل الخدمات من بقالة وكواي وغيرها
٤-اللوبي جيد
السلبيات:
بشكل عام المكان سيء الخدمة ومن ناحية النظافة غير مرضي والتفصيل كالتالي:
١-الموظف المصري سيء التعامل ونفسه خايسة
٢-الأسياب ريحتها دخان أحياناً
٣- نظافة الغرفة غير مرضية وخدمة الغرف في الحضيض بالسوء
٤-الحمام كله مشاكل سيفون لايعمل وماء ضعيييف ورائحة سيئة واللمبات تولع وتطفي باستمرار ولايوجد مجفف شعر وحامل الصابون مكسور والدش مكسور ويسقط على الأرض
٥-باب الغرفة يصدر صوت مزعج جداً عند فتحه وغلقه
٦-المخدات وحدة فقط للشخص وخفيفة لاتكفي
٧-السعر ٢٥٠ مبالغ فيه جداً قيمته المناسبة ١٠٠ ريال لا أكثر
٨-طلبنا فراش طفل اضافي وجاءت البطانية معه شرشف!

?التعامل سيء موظف الاستقبال مصري ، عند الخروج يقروشك بالاتصالات اليوم انتهى يعني ما يمديك تطوف لو نصف ساعه.
?طلبت بطاقه كهرباء للشقه يادوبك اعطوني علشان بطاقه وحده تضطر تطفي الكهرباء وانت طالع ?
طيب واللي معه ادويه في الثلاجه ايش يسوي
وبعدين ترى دافيعن ايجار وغالي
?غرفه وصاله 250 ريال. غالي شوي

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف المبلغ غير مناسب ابداً بالنسبة للخدمة ايجار سعر مرتفع على خدمة لاتعتبر حتى متوسطة السخان كان مفصول ويقول شغلوه انتوا الحمام تكرموا منسد مكان الاستحمام رجلينك مغطيتها الموية? ياليت الاهتمام بالتفاصيل و بنظافة المكان اكثر
