L	Lol Loud on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had tried chicken shawarma before and it was acceptable. but yesterday the meat shawarma wasn’t ok the meat was very very dry , the sandwich ingredients doesn’t match together this is the first time I saw tomato inside a shawarma sandwich and the quantity of meat wasn’t good comparing to other ingredients.

Before it was served with fries and salad.Now it is served only with rice. We are the customers of this restaurant from Day of opening. Please maintain the standard of KAWTHER as it was before. Thanks Customer
F	Fadi Alzayed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tired the Kabab mix and unfortunately it was not as expected, the tasted soggy and bit smelly. Compared to other restaurants around Riyadh province, it’s not even up to a standard for a Meat Kabab. Hummus tasted very sour and dry to swallow, I would not recommend but you r welcome to try for yourself.

His behavior is rude and it seems that we have committed a great mistake to order him food.i can't speak Arabic that's why I ordered wrong order. I request to change the order but he refused. Delivery boy behavior is professional and also explain the reason why he didn't change order. Food is also good and fresh ?

Server/waiter are lazy they tend to hide in the kitchen to avoid attending needs of there customer. I ask for another extra sauce and the waiter would just say yes and will ignore you. Customer service 9f this particular waiter is worst...

Thank you very much as you act professionally about it. MORE POWER TO YOUR BUSINESS and will surely refer Kawthar to all my friends here in PNU... Regards Allan I am always eating here since it was operated first. What i like about here is the kuboos but sadly it was changed now and the level of quality of kuboos and its taste is absolutely not good at all and it was serve cold..I hope you can bring back the old kuboos please!!!
