Service is ok for a remote location but it should be better even if it's remote.

R	Raihan Jumat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent staff. They have free yearly influenza vaccinations. Takes less than half an hour and the staff provides an amazing service. There are issues about booking an appointment. The staff prefer that appointments be made instead of walk-ins. However, the system does get full and sometimes (~20% of the time) you can’t get an appointment on the same day. But the Doctors are very professional and polite.
