★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تم اخذ موعد لدى مدير التصميم الهندس وعند الذهاب للمكتب لم اجد المهندس وتم استبداله بمهندس مستجد من جنسية عربية لا يفقه في نظام السعودي اي شي
سؤالي لهم
اذا لم يكن المهندس المسؤول حريص على العملاء لماذ يتم اعطائي موعد ؟؟
تم اعطائي انطباع من قبل المهندس اني غير مرحب بي في المكتب وان الامر الذي حصل مقصود
علماً انه تم التواصل معهم في الواتسب اعطئهم جميع طلباتي وتم تحديد الموعد من قبل المكتب
An appointment was made with the engineering design director, and when I went to the office, I could not find the engineer, and he was replaced by a new engineer of Arab nationality who does not understand anything in the Saudi system.
My question to them
If the engineer in charge is not keen on customers, why should I be given an appointment??
I was given the impression by the engineer that I was not welcome in the office and that what happened was intentional
Note that they were contacted on WhatsApp, I gave them all my requests, and the appointment was set by the office
