اذا قارنته بغيره من الفنادق القريبة يعتبر اغلى شوي لكنه مايقارن كنظافة وكاثاث وترتيب .. بالعربي شغل مرررتب

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أتمنى تجديد الأثاث..ونظافة المكان أحيانآ عمال نظافة الغرف عندما يخرج مستأجر يقومون بترتيب المفارش نفسها ولايغيرونها تهاونا منهم لارقيب ولاحسيب إذا سكنت اطلب تغيير المفارش.. رائحة الممرات دخان يخنق، سعر غرفة وصالة مرتفع..
I wish to renew the furniture.. and the cleanliness of the place. Sometimes the room cleaners, when a tenant came out, arrange the same bedding and do not change it. They do not take care of them. There is no control or accountability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شقق جيدة مرتبة ليس كما قيل عنها في التعليقات على العكس تماما.. فهي تبدو بشكل أفضل مما تخيلت حسب التعليقات ..
يوجد بها مواقف سفلية للسيارات.
السعر لغرفتين مع صالة ودورتين مياه كان مرتفعا (٥٠٠) بمقابل أنه لايوجد في المطبخ أي أدوات غير الثلاجة وغلاية الماء، من المفترص وجود الفرن الكهربائي على الأقل.. كذلك مما يظهر لي عدم وجود عازل جداري في المبنى، إضافة لافتقادها الجرس للباب الخارجي للشقة.
أما سعر الغرفة الواحدة مع الصالة ودورة مياه واحدة فكان(٣٥٠) وأراه أيضا سعر مرتفع قياسا على الخدمات.

It has underground parking.
The price for two rooms with a hall and two bathrooms was high (500) in return for the fact that there are no utensils in the kitchen other than a refrigerator and a water boiler. It is assumed that there is an electric oven at least.. Also, which appears to me that there is no wall insulation in the building, in addition to the lack of a bell for the outside door of the apartment.
As for the price of one room with the hall and one bathroom, it was (350), and I also see it as a high price compared to the services.
