خ	خالد الشهراني on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ابي اعرف الموظفه هذي مريضه او فيها شيء؟؟ مو طبيعي الغباء والتعامل السيء اللي فيها حتى تكنسل تحجز !! وحتى اسلوب مافيه اول ما دخلت اقسم بالله كانها شايفه ملك الموت مو زبون وكشرت!! والسلام ما ردت عليه !!! ولا فيه اي كلمه ترحيب بالنزيل بالفندق هذولا كيف توظفوا باستقبال فندق!!! اسياسيات ما يعرفونها والله!! غالباً اذا شفت الموظف سيء فاعرف ان الادارة والمالك للفندق سيئين والموظف الابيض بعد نفسيه وينافخ مافيه الا الموظف الاسمر صراحة اخلاق وتعامله حسن لو تلف فنادق العالم كلها ما تحصل اسوا من تعامل هذا موظفين هذا الفندق وشوفوا التعليقات كلهم ينتقدون اسلوب الموظفين I want to know this employee is sick or has something?? It is not normal for the stupidity and the bad treatment in it until you can't book!! Even the style of Mavi, the first time I entered, I swear to God, as if I saw the Angel of Death, not a customer, and I frowned!! Peace is what you replied to!!! There is no word of welcome to the guest in the hotel. This is how you employ the reception of a hotel!!! What they do not know, by God!! Often if you see a bad employee, know that the management and owner of the hotel are bad And the white employee is after his psyche and puffs up, there is no one except the brown employee, frankly, morals and his treatment is good If all the hotels of the world were damaged, it would not be worse than the treatment of this hotel's employees And see the comments, all criticizing the staff's style
H	Hw Wh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان نظيف والموقع ممتاز ....لكن لايتعاملون بالدفع النقدي نهائيا ويأخذون تأمين 500 ولايوجد شي في المطبخ ادوات لاكاسات ولاملاعق ولا اطباق يوجد غلاية ماء + مكرويف فقط ...لايوجد شاي او نسكافية ولاشي اخلاق الطاقم لم تعجبني تعاملهم فقط واحد لابأس به العمال من اكسل الناس وغير متجاوبين الجميع متجهم لم تكن زيارتي الاولى ولكن ....لن اكررها تحتاج الى شكوى للسياحة ووزارة التجارة احسهم متسترين فقط The place is clean and the location is excellent....but they don't deal with cash at all and they take 500 . insurance And there is nothing in the kitchen utensils for glasses, spoons or dishes There is only a water boiler + microwave ... there is no tea or Nescafe and nothing The morals of the crew, I did not like their behavior, only one was okay Workers are lazy and unresponsive Everyone is sullen It wasn't my first visit but....i won't repeat it You need a complaint to tourism and the Ministry of Commerce I just feel so sneaky
ح	حسام الجعيد on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ طبعا الشقق اثاثها نظيف.. اخذت غرفه وصاله . التقييم النظافة :ممتازه . الاثاث : ممتاز . التكيف : تكيف مركزي . الثلاجة: متوفره . الهدوء : ممتاز . الموقع : ممتاز. الخدمة :مقبوله. التعامل و الأخلاق : متوسطه. الأسعار :جيده . مواقف سيارات :متوفر . *** يلزمك بدفع تامين المطبخ ينقصه اشياء كثيره لايوجد تلفون للتواصل مع الاستقبال اذا بغيت شيء تنزل لهم الاسقبال تبديل المفارش و المناشف ( عند الطلب ) . تنظيف الغرفة ( عند الطلب ) ، في وقت وجيز ايضا .
