والان رجعت لهم مره ثانية
اللي صامل وعنده اراده يبي ينقص وزنه يروح لهم نظامهم كويس جداً وتعاملهم اجمل بكثير
هذي اوقات دوامهم بما انهم ماحطوا اوقات الدوام بحسابهم:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اشتركت في 9/ 8/ 2020 وخلال شهرين نزلت ١٠ كيلو رغم ان عندي مخالفات و٨ ايام من الشهرين لم التزم بالنظام..
للامانة رائع وماتحس بدوخة او صداع الاطعمة اللي انصح فيها ١. المخفوق بشكل عام ٢. سموثي ٣. الشوكلاته.
المكرونة لم اجربها.. العصيدة والرز والشوربات ما انصحكم فيها.. لازلت مسترم نحو الهدف بإذن الله
I participated on 8/9/2020 and within two months I lost 10 kilos, although I had violations, and 8 days out of the two months I did not abide by the system ..
To be honest, I do not feel dizzy or headache in the foods I recommend 1. Overall shake 2. Smoothie 3. Chocolate.

سمعنا عن كامبردج كثير وقلنا نجرب
المحل صغير وفيه قسم لقياس الوزن والأشياء هذي
كتجربة للتخسيس كانت جيدة لاني التزمت بقوة في ذاك الوقت
لكن فيه أشياء ماعجبتني يعني مثلاً طاولة الإستقبال ماكانت نظيفه وجوا اكياس ومدري ايش مع إن فيه موظفة جالسة
وكمان الموظفة مدري الأخصائية اللي تكتب البرنامج وتقيس الوزن بارده جدااا وماتحمس صراحة يعني الواحد لازم هو يسألها عن كل شيء المفترض تقول الوزن كذا وهذا كذا والبرنامج بكتبه يناسب كذا وووو
يعني تعطي معلومات ونصائح للمراجع يكون مطلع وفاهم ...
جربتهم مرره واحدة فقط وما رجعت لهم بعدها
لكن الحمد لله صارت النتيجة جميلة لاني التزمت بقووة
بالنسبة للأسعار للأسف مرررررتفعة وجدااا

I only tried them once and never came back
