★ ★ ★ ★ ★ طلعت فوق جت وحده تقول ممنوع أقل من 15 عام وسألتها عن السبب قالت عشان المدخنين بالرغم ان وقتها مافي اي أحد يدخن نزلنا الدور الثاني مافي الا كم طاولة وكلها فُل وطلعنا نظام سيء الصراحه يعني المكان الأفضل والأكبر الاولوية للمدخنين !

ولكن واجهتني مشكله حيث انه تم الجلوس في طاوله وطلبت مني الموظفة ترك الطاوله حيث انها محجوزة علماً بانه لايوجد لافته محجوز او حتى شي يثبت ذلك بعدها تم حضور عامل مصري ادعى انه مدير المحل وتحجج بالاحترازات وان المكان قربب من الطاوله المجاوره ورفضت القيام حيث ان المسافه بين الطاولتين اكثر من متر ونصف اتمنى الحرص على سمعة المكان والاهتمام بتفاصيل خدمة العملاء

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان روعه شوي عليه من ناحية الديكور والاطلاله ،، مطل ع الحزام وحواليك الشلال ،، تقريبا يقسم ثلاث اقسام الاول .. والثاني داخلي ومطل والثالث خاص فقط للي ماعندهم اطفال .. الاسعار طيبه .. الموظفه اللي موجوده رائعه جداً .. مأخذي عليهم انه الخدمه ذاتيه للطلب واحضاره يعني اذا انا لوحدي صعب اخلي المكان اللي حجزته وانزل اطلب واخذه مره مشكله خاصه انه الاصنصير زحمه ،، ياليت ينتبهوا لهذه النقطه .. تجربه جميله وراح اكررها بالتوفيق ?

ماحبيت كيكة الليمون كانت مره جافة وكيكة البستاشيو حاليه بزيادة. الطلب بشكل عام كان حلو
nice place. I recommend blueberry cheesecake + date cake + tiramisu
I did not like the lemon cake, it was once dry, and the pistachio cake is more current. The request in general was good

القهوه تقدم دافئه وسرعان ماتبرد ويرفض تسخينها لسبب غير منطقي.
الجلسات لها وقت محدد ولا يتم تبليغ الزبون بذلك قبل الطلب.
بالنسبة لي لا اعيد التجربه و انصح ادارة الكوفي بمراجعة سياستها المنفره.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جميييل جداً تستمتعوا بوقتكم فيه حلاهم لذيذ وقهوتهم لذيذه زيارتنا له كانت وقت ضباب والجلسه المطله كانت اكثر من روعه الجلسات المطله قالت لنا الموظفه ان بعد الساعه لازم تدفعوا اذا بتجلسوا والصدق تستاهل والله لأن اطلالتها جميييله وكمان حبيت هذا الشيء لانه كان زحمه فحركة حلوه علشان يكون فيه مجال للناس الي بالانتظار تدخل وساعه اشوفها كفايه للقهوه ??و الطلبات فيه ذاتيه انت تنزل تطلب وتاخذ الطلب هذا الشيء الي ما حبيته
