This is a late-night trip ... the cafe is open 24 hours, God willing, it closes only the prayer times ... They have ice mocha with cream and caramel, a tip they tried to feed ice mocha in the world.

Rice Bay Café is a great location and for me the only one in Al Rais for coffee lovers in all its varieties and shapes.
