A bad campaign for the services and Aenaayh and guidance without knowing you come Bflosk and pay the blood of your heart Ahan Halshira who every Muslim raises his hand and claims to his Lord, but unfortunately

1. We started with having a 4 hour delay with 'Private chartered plane' 2. No information was provided to the 400+ Hajji's waiting in the tiny Saudia Private Aviation airport in Riyadh. Old People and families with women forced to stand up or sit on floor. No provision of refreshments. Only 2 toilets available for all these ppl. 3. Awful organisers. Very arrogant, disrespectful to all Hajji's, irrespective whether you are of old age, fragile, in need, Saudi or Non-Saudi - for AlManar group, they just saw us as cash-cows with no respect at all. 4. The supervisors on the bus were useless. On our bus, Number 5, we had a supervisor who didn't even show up at Jeddah, so we had a young Nepali kid trying to read Arabic names and deal with the Police & Hajj authorities- but because he could not speak Arabic properly we had a terrible time. 5. Many people made complaints during hajj to all the organisers - even the company owner came to Mina to apologise, but still the same basic organisational problems were repeated in the Mina camp, at Muzdalifa, Tawaf arrangements...the list is too long. 6. Most shockingly is our last part of Hajj. On the 12th of Dhul Hijjah we left Mina at 4pm. Reached Makkah at 7pm. That is all ok. However, this is where it becomes silly. We left Makkah at approximately 3:30am. This seemed to be intentional because they didn't want to provide the Hajji's with any accommodation in Jeddah or Makkah. Therefore, they killed time in Makkah and kept on telling us to take your time, just relax in Haram mosque even though we had finished our Tawaf by 9pm and everyone completely exhausted. 7. The worst part of the trip. We were thrown into the Saudia Private Aviation (SPA) airport in Jeddah at 6am on 13th Dhul Hijjah. Our plane ticket was for 7:10am. They informed us the plane will be delayed at least 4 hours! This was unbelievable, because everyone informed the organisers to make 100% sure the flight will leave on time or otherwise provide accommodation for all the Hajji's - we didn't want a repeat of the first trip. They informed us not to worry and shall make sure it doesn't happen again....but it repeated itself, yet even worse. The organisers were the most careless group I have ever seen. They were eating Albaik outside on the grass while the Hajji's were grouped like sheep into a tiny hall. They were all hiding outside, so we chased them and demanded they provide some respect first and then to handle the situation properly. They tried to avoid any responsibility and told us to speak to the Sky Prime Aviation manager. AlManar just avoided completely any responsibility. They didn't learn from the first trip that there should be a Plan B in case anything goes wrong or delays. Anyway, we eventually flew out at 2:30pm - a 7.5hour delay from the original flight time! There were other Hajj groups who left Makkah by bus at 9pm on the 12th Dhul Hijjah and reached early the next morning before us...and we payed more to have the comfort of a direct flight, but we received this awful service that you will only find with groups like AlManar!
