ويسبب وازعاج وصوت كانك في حراج بن قاسم .
كان من ارقى الامكان عندي بسبب الهدوء ولكن بعد الي حصل اقيمهم نجمه ولا يستاهلونها بعد . ولا قدرت اجلس واكمل الكوب .

It was one of the finest places for me because of the calm, but after what happened I made them a star and they do not deserve it yet. Nor could I sit down and fill the cup.

I appreciate you taking some time reaching out to me with this matter. There will always be two side of the story and I know exactly what i saw and experienced. I have been working as an Outlet Manager for 15 years and its my happiness to see my staff having fun, but the case was different. It was the girl standing in the cashier who made everything felt unpleasant, then everything came along.
I do have local girls staff too, but i never saw them laugh at our customers, whatever their nationalities, gender, status are.
I would suggest that they have a learning and development training and sequence of service part of it is how to welcome customers.
I believed that you just open this cafe recently and so I decided to delete my bad experienced review this is because I want to be fair, I know everything could have turned better and fun only if the staff acted the right manner and made me fell that I am actually a customer. I know that the coffee is great over there and the design interiors are amazing. But sadly theres a saying
“First Impression Last”
