سيئة جدا جدا لأبعد الحدود
والاكل داخل الثلاجات مكشوف
والعامل يضع اللحم بيده وبقفاز واحد يشتغل بكل شيء
والثلاجات من الخارج غير نظيفة والطاولات غير نظيفة والارضية غير نظيفة
المكان غير صالح للاكل
هل هذا لان اغلب الطلبات اون لاين؟؟
لابد من مراجعة هذا الفرع

في فروع معينة وتاخذون السيئيين تحطونهم في فروع اخرى ؟
لاني انصدمت من اول مادخلت اول شيء الله يكرمكم اتوقع يتحدون بعض من يخيس بالمكان الريحة للاسف دمار .
طلبت ساندوتش واحد لاني ماقدرت اركز من الريحة حطوها لي ببوكس وانا احسب انه مو طلبي اقوله ماطلبت كعك يقول هذا الساندوتش حقك !! طيب عندكم تغليف ليه ماتغلفونها؟
واخيراً وللأسف طعمها كله ملح اتوقع خلص الملح اللي بالفرع على الساوندتش.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shame how the quality has degraded since the new mamagement came in to Kaak and Joben. Zaatar used is not zaatar, this a clear cheating and the Kaak size reduced in size and cheese quality is bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the quality has downgraded sooooooo badly! Ordering 2 boxes of mana2ish should mean at least a whole cucumber not 2 slices… and the taste has definitely changed immensely. So sad to see such a once loved bakery become this cheap and low in quality and quantity
