★ ★ ★ ★ ★ القاعة بشكل عام ممتازة لعدد ليس بالكبير جدا، وملاحظاتي كالتالي:
- قسم الرجال الخدمة فيه ممتازة والعاملون متفانون ومتعاونون لأبعد حد.
- لا تضع تجهيزاتك قبل يوم في القاعة خاصة قسم النساء، فستكتشف بقدرة قادر حين تحضر يوم الزواج أن مفتاح الغرفة ضااع وعليك دفع ٢٠٠ ريال كي يتفضل المكتب عليك بنسخة احتياط?... مع أن المفتاح من مسؤوليتهم وهم من أضاعوه.
- لا تنخدع وقت الحجز عندما ترى تجهيزات الكوشة والطاولات فهي غير مضمنة في العقد ويجب أن يخبروك بذلك صراحة .. ويجب عليك توثيق كل شيء في العقد فالسعر أغلى من السوق وتستطيع تجهيز الكوشة من الخارج... انتبه جيدا.
- العاملات في قسم النساء مشكلة.. ستكتشف فقدان كثير من الأغراض، وبعد العشاء ستختفي كل حاجياتك من مناديل وتوزيعات على الطاولات ولن تجدها... بإمكانك التعاقد مع عاملات من خارج القاعة ومشرفة تراقب...
- الشاي والقهوة والخدمة في القسم الرجالي أكثر من رائعة ويستحقون الإكرام حقيقة.
- القاعة نظيفة جدا ، وما ذكرت أعلاه قد تواجهه في كثير من القاعات الأخرى أيضا.
The hall in general is excellent for a not very large number, and my comments are as follows:
- The men's department has excellent service and the workers are dedicated and cooperative to the utmost.
- Do not put your equipment the day before in the hall, especially the women’s section, as you will discover with a capable ability when you attend the wedding day that the room key has been lost and you have to pay 200 riyals so that the office will kindly provide you with a backup ?... even though the key is their responsibility and they are the ones who lost it.
- Do not be deceived at the time of booking when you see the equipment of the kosha and the tables, as they are not included in the contract, and they must tell you that explicitly.. and you must document everything in the contract. The price is more expensive than the market, and you can equip the kosha from outside... Pay close attention.
- Workers in the women’s section are a problem.. you will discover that many items are missing, and after dinner, all your necessities of napkins and distributions will disappear on the tables and you will not find them... You can contract with workers from outside the hall and a supervisor is watching...
- The tea and coffee and the service in the men's section is more than great and they really deserve the honor.
The hall is very clean, and what I mentioned above you may encounter in many other halls as well.
