★ ★ ★ ★ ★ قاعة مناسبة للمناسبات الصغيرة ولمن ضيوفهم قليلين ، الكراسي غير مريحه والمفترض يعاد هندسة الديكور الداخلي للقاعة للإستفادة من المساحات المهملة ، والمفترض بناء بهو استقبال صغير لأنه غير مناسب الباب الخارجي للقاعة مباشرة + صالة الطعام بداخلها المغاسل ومساحة الصالة مناسبة نوعاً ما لحجم مجلس الإستقبال + لاتوجد مواقف كافيه بداخل القاعة
