★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst shopping experience of my life. Extremely unprofessional staff and customer service doesn't exist.
Visited here for the very first time and extremely disappointed.
Few of many points that need to be looked at.
1. No customer service. Nobody is willing to guide you where you can find what you're looking for.
2. No variety. Just a few limited products that are on display and not even size available for those products.
3. Presentation of the products is very poor. Dress on manicheans without iron.
4. I bought a pair of shoes(kheri) picture is attached. It was given to me without box in a plain shopper.
5. Nobody willing to help and staff behaviour is extremely rude.

Rate is reasonable.
New good collection has came for Eid Ul Fiter-21with cheap prices.
Also new separate trousers and shalwar for Ladies & teens are available. Only 45 to 55 sr.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service., limited variety of clothes, specially for men. High price for the quality. Currently, there is sale in Pakistan, but there is no sale in their branch in Riyadh.
And they have other brands clothes also such as wasim akrim, almirah.

Identified few of the following
Sales representative not at all interested to attend customers.
Mostly occupied with mobile phone rather than taking care of customers.
It appears representatives are not friendly.
Quality and price are reasonable.
If staff trained there will be possibility to increase additional sales
