★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: I loved how spacious and clean it was, it was also very comfortable. You wouldn't know it from the outside but I think everytime I'm in yanbu, I have to stay here.. Negative: Nothing, this place was really impressive.

Negative: The Unprofessional reception made it hard to get to location at first because hotel's name is different in reality, beside i had to call 4 times to get to them to get served, you can get only one room key, so it will be hot when you return, beside it was extremely hot when I arrived the first time and they had problems with TV channels..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place isn't well maintained, there are no phones to contact the reception. Towels don't have a clean smell to them, the furniture is stained and not clean. We were overcharged and when we spoke to the guy at the front we were informed we would be reimbursed via bank transfer, it has been 4 days and we are still waiting.
