★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مواعيد العمل سيئة ، مافيه احترام للعملاء ، الصيانة مغلقة قبل العيد بعشرة ايام ! الاجهزة معطلة والضمان ساري ولو تم الاصلاح خارج الوكالة لفقدت الضمان!
Working hours are bad, there is no respect for customers, maintenance is closed 10 days before Eid! The devices are broken, and the warranty is valid. If the repair was done outside the agency, the warranty will be lost!

An agent for Karcher and it is a good company, but I will not buy Karcher again today because of this dealer worse than bad, poor maintenance, evading warranty and incorrect work schedules. Failed experiment by all standards and material losses I hope to withdraw the agency from them
