Nice place to visit. The staff that who will serve as the tourist guide are accommodating. The figures of human and animals drawn on the Rock was fascinating. It's better to go there with someone who is an Arabic speaking so he could translate what the tour guide are explaining.

Amazing place if you are a history and anthropology enthusiast! We were mesmerized by the Rock art by generations over thousands of years. Whole civilization is the artist with Mountain as the canvas, and they left the hints of their lifestyle for us to explore and admire! A must place to visit, if you are in Saudi Arabia. Also a special mention for a nice visitor center and a friendly staff at this place!

World heritage site. A place worth visit. The staff were really cooperative and open gate for us. They ask for iqama for visitors to put in the records. The real art on the rocks. It's a big site. Also there is small museum showing traditions of that area.

Lots of rock art from 3 different historical periods. Depictions of hunting scenes, animals, people, chariots, writing. A local guide can show you around and explain the site. Afterward you can visit the small Al Naif Palace Museum with it's collection of tools, utensils, photographs, rock specimens, use the toilets, have coffee and dates.
