★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أخذت بويه لتر للتجربة وكان جيد وتم طلب جالون ٤ لتر بنفس درجة اللون والرقم وطلع فيه اختلاف في اللون وأثناء الاستبدال تم ابلاغي بعدم امكانيه الاسترجاع لأنه مضاف عليه لون بالكمبيوتر وهاذي ليست مشكلتي حيث أن اللونين مختلفه جوتن كانت من المفضلين الان لن اتعامل معهم حيث التبرير كان غير مقنع وردت فعل غير مباليه من المحاسبين وعدم تحمل مسؤلية أخطائهم وظلم للمواطن وغير أن سعرهم غالي تحياتي - فرع السامر

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسلوب التعامل غير جيد شريت من عندهم علبه ولم تكفي ثم طلبت منهم ١ كيلو نفس درجة اللون اللي اخذته وعند الاستخدام افادني العامل ان اللون مختلف عن اللون السابق
The method of dealing is not good. I bought a box from them and it was not enough. Then I asked them for 1 kilo of the same color that I took. When using, the worker told me that the color is different from the previous one.
