★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مقبول يمشي الحال للمسافر بس انتبهوووووووووو الشباك جنب سرير وكبيره فتحه يعني الي عندهم أطفال م تصلح لهم وحتى م تكون مقفله

كلمت الاستقبال ومافي فايده اهم شي عندهم مصلحة المالك فوق كل اعتبار
النظافه معدووومه نهائيآ ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ماانصحكم به النظافة وعوازل الجدران سيئة جداً والسعر غالي سكنت فيها وللأسف المطعم اللي جنبه سوى اتساع مساحة واعطاه صاحب الشقق الضوء الاخضر دون علم المستأجرين لشقق وجاء الطق والإزعاج والغثى اهم شي مصلحت المالك

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربة مميزة و تعامل راقي ، الشقق نظيفة ومرتبة . ومما يميزها عن الشقق الأخرى قربها من جميع الخدمات من مطاعم شعبية ومطاعم وجبات خفيفة وصيدلية ومغاسل وأيضاً قربها من المسجد
ماشاء الله تبارك الله الله يبارك لهم سكن متكامل وستكون دائماً مكان سكني عند قدومي للدوادمي.
Distinguished experience and sophisticated handling, the apartments are clean and tidy. What distinguishes it from other apartments is its proximity to all services, from popular restaurants, snack restaurants, pharmacy and laundries, and also its proximity to the mosque.

كانت تجربه سيئه استأجرت ليلة عيد الفطر 1442 / 2021
السعر مرتفع مقارنةً بالجودة السعر 200 ريال لليلة الواحده ، الجودة رديئه و من الامثلة :
- لا يوجد نت
- صراصير على البلاط عند الممر الرئيسي عند الاستقبال
- صراصير على البلاط في دورة المياه
- مروحة دورة المياه لا تعمل
- الثلاجة مليئة بالماء المسكوب على الرفوف
- ريموت مكيف السبيلت بدون بطاريات و طريقة تشغيله عن طريق الزر الجداري (الاحمر)
- السيفون احيانًا لا يعمل
- لا يوجد دورة مياه بالنظام العربي و يوجد الافرنجي فقط

- There is no toilet in the Arab system, and there is only the French system

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ النظافه سيئه جدا + غالي على الفاضي . + يتم تسجيل الدخول والخروج بـ التاريخ الهجري مما يعني تدفع على ايام زياده لان الرواتب بـ الميلادي. الميزه الحسنه في المكان هو موظف الاستقبال السوداني فقط
