 A driver belonging to Jenny dropped me off and ran away and took my money in their wallet, and I called customer services and she answered alone, his name is Sherine, and she says I didn't know your information, you must pay cash!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately, very bad and bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am waiting for the captain name abdullah mohammed,and even called him but not answering, suddenly he cancelled my ride, and i was charged 10 sr, usually i am not riding with 4.8 rating because i know they are not good. So guys dont ride with below 5 rating only.and in the apps there is no choice that you can complain them.

And the drivers cancelled my ride and still it got deducted from my account.
None of the drivers are ready to accept the ride if its not cash. Like its for free.
Its a SCAM!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad transportation company. Drivers took a cash from me, while at the same time i was deducted from my jeeny wallet. Also. Many times, driver will cancel the ride after you wait for long time, and you will be the one to pay for cancelling. Also you cannot reach their customer service. Never use this app!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today early morning my daughter ordered 1 car to pick us up going home for 36sr. Along the way he got very friendly & said to show us around but with the same rate so my daughter agreed. But when we reached home he said we need to pay more we gave 60sr which he said it should be more if ever. In the first place how come he said we will pay 36sr even if we go around?? He is a scammer. Kindly check on your drivers. We need honest people.
