★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 stars for how clean the gym is however so many issues that I want to address. First they cancel the classes 30 mins before the class which I think they should make another coach give the class instead of canceling because I’m already on the way to the gym and it’s extremely annoying. second, very limited classes and it’s not divided well throught the day. Third, their first class starts late at 10:30 and the last class is at 8 wish they start giving classes early in the morning around 7. forth they’re specialized in crossfit however they give only two classes a day sometimes once a day and I wish they care more about choosing more qualified coaches. Last thing they do a lot of membership offers and they have very limited workout equipments and a large number of clients , sometimes I workout without any weights because I’m left with heavy weights. I wish I can take my money back because I regret registering for a year ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was disappointed, the gym focuses more on its reputation on social media than on the comments and suggestions of clients who come to the gym. I previously commented on the Instagram page about some of the trainers and the method of training, but unfortunately they deleted the comment! There is a rule that there is no place that has only positive comments without negative comments ? and it is clear that they delete all negative comments without addressing them and trying to improve at least.

All equipment are available
Mixed between crossfit, weight lifting , yoga and dance classes. Been with them for almost a year now, never been happier with a gym so far, nice receptionist and coaches who really care about your progression especially hanna and arwa ,
I Recommend it to anyone who loves classes or who likes to do things alone.
