it was less organized than expected
the site of ministry of interior helped too too much to reduce suffering of completing papers and come many visits
they are somewhat fast
i stayed there about 15 min to print my license 10 min of them to find the place to apply and the write window to receive
the time wasted in standing in the wrong row as the window of receiving license of persons differ from license of vehicles so ask first before standing as there is no obvious marks

There is a one counter to deal with different issues. No system for token or printed number just come and ask for istamara line then stand there ...hand over old istamara only no other document are required. Off course you have finished Fahas and make sure your i

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, the staff are beyond RUDE. They treat everyone as slaves, unless you have reference from someone who works there. The managment should consider replacing the current staff with educated people who are willing to serve with manners.
I wish I can rank them with zero stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The driving habits in Jeddah is very dangerous and they do not know how to control this. People do not abide by the driving rules and the traffic police do nothing about it. Big difference between Jeddah and Riyadh. Riyadh team are much experienced and they are there when people need them the most.
