Organization of the course was really good: time schedule, theory lectures, practice sessions at the open water, materials and equipment. Special thanks to Osama J. who was our instructor, he did perfect. I liked the course, school and Jeddah and will remember this time. Wish to return again for the next level and new freediving adventures. I definitely recommend this school to all who want to develop freediving skills. Dmitry

At Jeddah Freediving School you’ll have the full support of the team based on your needs and requirements.
The team is represented by a group of genuine people who are passionate about Freediving, who love sharing, teaching and passing down their knowledge of Freediving to their students without holding back.
The instructors are experienced and knowledgeable. They take their time with each student to ensure everyone masters each skill to the required level. They listen attentively to your concerns and fears , and help you overcome them one by one to get the confidence you need. But most importantly, they provide actionable feedback throughout their lessons and training sessions to help you improve, grow your skills, and safely push your comfort zone further.
When it comes to buying equipment, they direct you based on your interests and future development plans, without pushing their own products on you. Instead, they give you advice on what equipment you’ll need based on your interests and goals, and where you’re most likely to find them, if they don’t have it on hand.
In conclusion, you really won’t find a better place to experience or learn Freediving. Thank you to all the JFS team for the great service and amazing experience. I’m definitely going to be coming back to dive and train with you guys soon!
