★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Mohammed Usman (Orthopedic) was professional, and very concise with his plans for my wife's treatment.
Physiotherapist Pramitha Lakshmi was also brilliant! She really knows her stuff, has a lovely down to earth and approachable manner which instantly puts you at rest. She is really encouraging and her treatment really really helped my wife. She takes a genuine interest in you and tailors her approach accordingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am visiting this clinic since years and find it all good and quick process (except sometime the reception get crowded -if they can increase the number of counters to have more on other floors too). All doctors are good specially Internist Dr. Ishrat & GP . Dr. Mona. but my comment is specifically for my Recent visit for ENT and I find Dr. Fahel Fuad a very good Doctor and Person. i have treated well - he has good experienced with humble and soft nature. I really recommend him and wish him the best to keep continue the way he treat patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The overall experience has been good so far!But there is a major issue in connecting with them through phone calls, whenever you try to reach them you are bound to not get an answer from them.I have literally tried a dozen number of times but not even once has anyone picked up the call...I mean its understandable that the staff is busy and working, but this is an important service that needs to be sorted out.The last resort which is left for us is to physically visit the branch everytime I have a task at the clinic be it for just knowing my approval status or any other simple task.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Immediate resort for any health issues with expert doctors to give you the best possible option to be in good health.
To be frank I experienced a terrible delay in the test report but the 5 star is for their response to my approach ?
Note: If you face any technical or ground issues you are free to express it to the concerned staff ad they proactively sort it out.
The contact number would be unreachable by the way but they are wholeheartedly and efficiently responsive in Whatsapp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are good, staffs are polite but the processes are horrible. Only 2 billing counters operate. There is no insurance approval process. Patient has to go to first floor and wait at the insurance reception to get it approved. Then for many of the investigations and medications another set of insurance approvals are needed for which again the patient need to follow up. In short this place is avoidable unless you are very patient and has lot of time to waste

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For dental u can come here for very basic treatments like cavity filling and cleaning... Specialist doctor is not available here for critical cases.... Very basic structure and ambience... Looks a bit old from inside.
I don't know about other medical departments... Indian dentist also available here
