★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is spacious and well set. However service was very poor. I needed a projector cable and a remote presenter. I checked which store it would be available at before going there.At the store I had trouble finding a salesman to help me. And when a salesman finally came over, he couldn’t find the products I needed. He suggested I go to another branch because they didn’t have stock despite what I saw on line. What I noticed was they have large quantities of some products (which fill their shelves) but not the variety and range synonymous with the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A prime location I would say. But my concern about the after sales service experience. Was not as expected. Once you buy something from them. And you found the item was not good. And you claim to them. The investigation takes place more than it’s needed. With often not enough response then you have to escalate the situation till you have proven your right. Then they will take care of the case.
I do trust the people working there with quality products that they have. But unfortunately sometimes there is a default issue. I just wish they could be more comfortable and organized with the rest of the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good location for those of us near the Saudi Flag roundabout. It is a separate building with a parking garage in the ground floor. The showroom is on the first and second floors. The staff are nice, but the cashier can be a different story. I don't know what it is with Jarir that the showroom staff are very nice but most of the times the cashier seems to be in a bad mood, etc.
