I Bought a tv and found that its broken after 3 days from purchase and went back to them to check it and their technician (who’s a sales representative and not technician at all) checked the tv just by changing the channels and the customer support didn’t show any kind of support!!
So everyone please try not to buy anything but books from there :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a great place, when you think about shopping in reliable and original products. Jarir offers a quick and straightforward shopping experience.
On the other hand:
1. Jarir products are expensive comparing with other competitors in market.
2. Jarir atmosphere has been the same since its establishment. Jarir must enhance customer experience by adding some joy to it.
3. Overall, most of Jarir personnel has a bad attitude. I know that they feel proud working in such a place, but they must break the ice.
Your always been a story of success, development well keep your legacy going on.
Jarir remain one of my favorite store, yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I bought Samsung A03s Mobile from Jarir Bookstore, Al Thumamah Rd, Riyadh. I am sharing my experience, first of all there was no sales man. Any how a trainee came and showed some mobiles but when I insisted him to let me check the mobile he didn't allow me to check there. I bought the mobile from there and went home and opened the mobile to check the features, I felt the quality of camera is poor. Today I went to the same store and inform the customer service that I want to replace mobile with another upgraded mobile as the camera quality not upto the mark. they are informing me you already open the seal of the mobile box, they are saying now you already used that mobile we can't replace it, but in their policy they mention 3 days refund and with in 7 days exchange. They are cheating. please never buy any electronic devices from Jarir book store (They should amend their policy that once you buy we will not refund or return or exchange).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch has two floor, but I think the varieties are limited if we I compare with others branch. I noticed many things are not available in this branch. By the way, great service by staff, staffs are really really helpful, they works from their heart.
