★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mobile Phone section is not customer friendly, the person work in the section seems like, he give the mobile as free of cost to us. After all we select the device with our known knowledge, then he came to take a picture of the mobile phone and to show the device sell by him. Its too bad from one of the leading giant in KSA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to jarir Nice It is also sweet and you can pay what you want from it and you can search for everything. There are so many books in beautiful, I also think that the library is very expensive. Going to the library is so much fun. They also allow us to use projectors and read books, no objection to that, and this is very cool. I was happy with the library and love it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jarir Rabwa is huge enough. Spacious in every department. Items are well arrange and organize. The Staff are good and friendly. Good customer service got from the staff Name Nur when i asked about office stuff.
Cool and good to browse in books section.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always we can believe the Jarir items originality and Quality. But first time worst online order experience due to the worst courier company Aramex. They don't know English, I put it order for Majmaa but they are shipping to Medina and making unnecessary delay. Not taking responsibility to delivery on time. Please don't give to them the online order to this courier company. By walking you can get the item more faster than the Aramex courier.

? No car parking problem.
? Here you can visit with family to enjoy with shopping with them.
? It’s normal Jarir bookstore where you can find every new tech device.
? If you can’t find new iPhone or iPods or Samsung or any other new device then you will definitely find here.
? Staff is helpful but not that much friendly behavior from them.
? Ground floor is only for technology and stationary items.
? First floor is almost for books ? and kids toys.
