★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A historic site especially for Muslims and students of early Islamic history. This mountain was beloved by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The second biggest battle after the Prophet’s migration occured here which resulted in a defeat of the Muslims by the Meccans. This defeat was a huge blow to the Muslims and was a result of the archer’s placed putting their guard down before receiving the official cease fire order. The meccans initially retreated and flanked the large mountain to surprise the Muslims.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a huge mountain in the city of Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) there’s the mountain,the hill of the archers, the graveyard of the Sahabas (radiallahu anhum), also the cave where the Prophet (ﷺ) seek shelter in, I went up the main mountain loads of times, and will continue to go aslong as I can, sometimes we would picnic at the top, u can see the entire city from the top,
u need a good bike or a high vehicle to go up btw. A hassle to go up but definitely worth every effort,

You will remember the scenes of the uhod battle. Also our prophet Muhammad peace be upon him when he said uhod is belonging to us we love it and it loves us. And also he said uhod one of the paradise mountains
