M	May Isse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Allah! This restaurant has the worst service. We went on a relatively quiet night (only few tables were occupied ). We were allocated a table and literally left there. No one came to take our order. I'd understand if it was a busy night but wow the service is baaaadddd if you don't even come back to take an order. We sat and sat and sat.. Then got fed up and left!

B	Bushra Khattat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautifully decorated restaurant, I like the attitude of the lovely waitresses there, they were welcoming and warm, I noticed they were working on the open outdoor seatings, and I loved the idea, I went with my friend and we shared chicken & shrimp teppanyaki, it was good, I like the wide variety in the menu, but I HIGHLY recommend adding detailed descriptions of sushi plates along with the name of each one of them, my friend was surprised with an ingredient she doesn’t like, though the name was well known and familiar to her. I like the attitude of the chef who made us our teppanyaki also, he was friendly and asked us if there were anything they could do to improve their service and dishes.

For those who know better just stick to the fail safes like spicy salmon roll but don’t think you’ll have your socks blown off. As we say in London it’s Aight! For the salmon roll but the ramen is a shocker ! It was pot noodle soup ! The chef came and apologised and so at least they can take feedback hence two stars

I	Ibrahim Tmeizeh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two stars for the good food and being the best Japanese in Madinah for me at least taste wise The 3 starts are gone because not a single time I tried to order one of thier offers and I was told it is available Always there is an excuse that the offer is no longer available or it is advertised by mistake or the price or content of the offer has changed One time I tried to order the offer they published on one of the social media sites and I was surprised that the manages aid it's not available despite the ad says I can order it anytime Another time I tried to order the lunch offer on the web and I was told it is changed Also tried to always call before I come but no luck 90 % of the time I believe they need to focus more on customer experience and value proposition not just only food

The food was below average, we ordered 5 types of sushi, Were tasteless. The salad with crab lacked seasoning. Soy sauce was too salty. The service was totally disappointing. They said order will be late as rice is out of stock, how come a Japanese restaurant has no rice? And I asked for a special celebration for my bridal cousin and the waitress totally forgot and didn't even apologize. Never coming back here.
