★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربتي معهم اكثر من رائعه واتقدم بالشكر لجميع طاقم المعرض واخص بالشكر الاستاذ عبدالله الكمالي الذي كان احد الاسباب لاختياري اكسينا وذلك لتفانيه بعمله واقتراحاته الرائعة ومتابعته معي ادق التفاصيل بدءًا من التصميم حتى اشرافه بالموقع اثناء تركيب المطبخ والرد على كل استفساراتي خارج وقت عمله وانصح وبشده بالتعامل معهم
 My experience with them is more than wonderful. I would like to thank all the exhibition staff, especially Mr. Abdullah Al-Kamali, who was one of the reasons for choosing Xena, for his dedication to his work and his wonderful suggestions and follow-up with me in the smallest details starting from the design to his supervision on the site during the installation of the kitchen and answering all my inquiries outside the time of his work. I highly recommend dealing with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كانت تجربة جدا جميلة ورائعة مع الاخ عبدالله الكمالي بفرع اكسينابالطائف واشكره على حسن تعامله واخلاقه الرفيعة جدا...والصراحة التوقيت بوصول المطبخ والتركيب وتواصله معي الى ان تم التركيب واخذ جميع الملاحظات رغم عدم وجود ملاحظات الى الشي البسيط ولايذكر وحقيقتا اشكر كل اعضاء شركة اكسينا من المانيا الى السعودية الصراحة شغل الماني على اصولو ويشرف اي شخص يتعامل معاهم وصدقوني لوتلاحظو الفرق بين اي محل مطبخ عادي ومقارنتو مع اكسينا وضمانه ١٠ سنوات اقصد مقارنتا بالسعر مايفرق كثير واذا حسبتها على ضمانهم والله ثم والله افضل التفصيل عندهم وبأمكان اي احد يلاحظ الفرق....ومااقول غير الله يوفقها من شركة...واشكر بالزات الاخ عبدالله الكمالي
It was a very beautiful and wonderful experience with brother Abdullah Al-Kamali in the Exina branch in Taif, and I thank him for his good treatment and very high morals ... and frankly the timing of the arrival of the kitchen and installation and he communicated with me until the installation was completed and all the notes were taken despite the absence of notes about the simple and insignificant thing. In fact, I thank all members of the Exina company from Germany to Saudi Arabia, frankly, is a German job on its origins, and anyone who deals with them is honored, and believe me, if you notice the difference between any ordinary kitchen shop and compare it with Exina and its guarantee is 10 years. اولا : اشكر الاخوه القائمين على مطابخ اكسينا فرع الطائف ونخص بالذكر الاستاذ مشاري الجعيد
والأستاذ بندر المالكي على حسن إستقبالهم وتقبلهم لجميع طلباتنا سواء داخل الفرع ام خارج دوامهم فكان الفريق جدا رائع فلهم مني خالص الدعاء بأن يحفظهم ويزيدهم محبه في قلوب الناس

ثانيا : الالتزام بكل ماهو موجود في العقد والتفصيل وهذا ماعهدناه في هذه الشركه المباركه نفع الله بها وزادهم الله من خيره

ثالثا : هناك ملاحظه ولابد الاخذ بها بالحسبان وهي مهمه جدا وقد تخدم الشركه لأ يكون هناك الباس لزبائنهم الكرام وهي :
الصيانه الدوريه لسيارات التوصيل وبالتحديد لاسقف هذه السيارات لأن يوجد هناك تهريب قد يوقع بهم في فخ الاتهامات المباشره والغير مباشره عند زبائنهم
وهذا والله يرفع قدرهم ويزيدهم من خيره وتحياتي لهم جميعا وبورك بجهودهم ♥️

طبعاً تجربتي كان جيدة جدا مع مطابخ اكسينا
وتعامل الموظفين اكثر من رائع
نوع الخشب رائع
ولكن جودة الرخام سيئة جدا لون الرخام الي عندي اسود
بعد فتره بسيطة قلب اشهب وكأنه قديم
وبعد كنت طالبة حوضين وبالعقد كتبته ومانفذو لي غير حوض واحد وكلمتهم يعدلون قالو مانقدر صعب نغير بعد ماركبنا الرخام !!!! يعني بعد مادفعت ذاك المبلغ شالو يدهم من التعديل

Of course, my experience was very good with Ixina kitchens
The treatment of the staff is amazing
Gorgeous wood type
But the quality of the marble is very poor, the color of the marble I have is black
After a short while, the heart turned gray as if it were old
And after I was a student of two basins and with the contract I wrote and they only gave me one basin and I spoke to them to adjust. They said that it is difficult to change after we installed marble!!!! I mean, after I paid that amount, they didn't get their hands on the amendment
