★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فيما اعلم انها من افضل الشقق الموجودة ف الزلفي، الصراحة جميلة ومرتبه بس الاسعار شوي مرتفعه يعني غرفة وصالة وسط الاسبوع 350! اجل نهاية الاسبوع بكم؟ الشاليهات ع 400 ويحتاج اهتمام بالنظافة والاستقبال نفسيات شوي خاصة السوداني
As far as I know, it is one of the best apartments in Al Zulfi. Frankly, it is nice and tidy, but the prices are a bit high, meaning a room and a hall in the middle of the week, 350! How much is the weekend? The chalets are 400 and need attention to hygiene and reception, especially the Sudanese

برسبشن الفنادق المعروف يليق بجودة الشقق

My notes: The air conditioning is bad, Mando prefers to replace it in order to preserve the level of the apartments
My advice is to replace the reception tables
A well-known hotel reception befitting the quality of apartments

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الصراحه زرت شقق اطلاله الزلفي بالامس عشان احجز بعد عيد الاضحى بالتحديد من ثالث العيد ورفض موظف الاستقبال يحجز لي قال النظام من يوم العيد اللي يجي يدخل وبس مافي حجز
( من سبق لبق ) اي نظام هذا ؟ تجربه غير جيده
ونرجوا من الادارة النظر في ذلك .
Frankly, I visited Atalaa Al Zulfi apartments yesterday to book after Eid al-Adha, specifically from the third of Eid, and the receptionist refused to book for me.
(Who ever was tactful) What system is this? Not good experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ استأجرت غرفة وصالة لمدة ٣ أيام في عيد الفطر، حسب علمي هي أفضل الشقق الموجودة في الزلفي، سكنت فيها سابقاً وكانت ممتازة، هذه الزيارة لدي بعض الملاحظات:
- الأرضية لم تكن نظيفة وعليها غبار
- دورة المياه تتجمع فيها المياه ولابد من شطف
- شطافات دورة المياه تحتاج تغيير حيث أن المياه قوية وحادة
- طلبت كاوية وكانت مهترئة ومتسخة ولا تصلح للاستعمال
أرجوا متابعة صيانة ونظافة الفندق حتى لا يسوء أكثر
وأرجو توضيح الخدمات المقدمة إن وجدت
