★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Currently jamiah single students live here. The entire area is under construction. Pretty quite area and has a feel of Medinah city life. The Haram is not far and close to couple major markets, Carfour one of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small rooms, dirty place the workers don't clean the place except once or twice a month! Most of the supervisors are bad in manners, they disturb you any time they want even if later at night and you're sleeping!
The good thing is that this place is more calm than living inside the university campus, and also here you find many shops and stores around the residence. Also is very close to Masjid Nabawy.
