رقم الجوال الموجود في خرائط جوجل صاحبه لا يفقه في التعامل مع العملاء أو خدمة العملاء
الشحنة التي تستغرق أسبوع عندهم تاخذ اكثرمن شهر
شحنات في الدمام من تاريخ 7 مارس وحتى كتابة هذه الملاحظة بتاريخ 17 مارس لم تتحرك من الدمام إلى جدة
سأتواصل مع علي اكسبرس بخصوص تغيير هذه الشركة الفاشلة
حتى لو شحنت على حسابي
تحديث1: اكتشفت أنه في حالة رغبت في تقديم شكوى على شركات الشحن عليك التوجه للبريد السعودي، تواصلت مع البريد السعودي قالو الشركة غير مسجلة لديهم في النظام
تواصلت مع وزارة النقل قالو اذا مش مسجلة في النظام تواصل مع الشرطة لأنه احتمال تكون شركة وهمية

على فكرة تم تغيير رقم الجوال الموجود في خرائط جوجل
تحديث2: حاولت الاتصال على ارقامهم في دبي و المنامة ولا أحد يرد

تحديث 3: حتى كتابة هذا التحديث بتاريخ 25 مارس والشحنة لم تصل

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيئه جداً جداً، تأخرت شحنة لي عن الموعد المقرر للتسليم 10 ايام، بعدها اتصلوا يوم 2019/03/14 وانا مسافر حددت يوم17 من نفس الشهر للتسليم، اليوم 21 من نفس الشهر ولا احد يتصل، انا اتصلت كم مره على نفس الرقم اللي اتصل علي ويقول فيه مشاكل بالشركة وبسبب المشاكل تأخرت شحنتك!، وش دخلني بمشاكلكم، حتى أني قلتله بجي استلمها، يقول مافيه استلام من المستودع!، عجيب!، انا دافع قيمة الشحن مسبقاً، والاتصال كان من جوال وليس خط ارضي. بختصار من أسوا أسوا أسوا شركات الشحن اللوجستي. وحتى الأن لم أستلم الشحنة.
