I changed my rating from five to three cuse
It become very busy, and will not find easily avaliable class due to over booking to coverup last year expenses during lockdown,
You will be lucky to find avaliable classes with coach Rayan or Philip ( if avaliable)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place, love the interior. Really great to see crossfit in Riyadh. The lads at the gym are welcoming and speak english. Book a free trial in the website and have a go, you will love it. Once you get a membership you can use any of the branches across the city.
The classes are particularly good, it lives up to the crossfit community reputation.

Gym was super clean and fancy
Boys at The reception were super nice and friendly the coach also was nice and welcoming also gives good focused instructions to the traniee
For a guy for me who goes to gym 3-4 times a week ...55 minutes of cross fit was really challenging and put your lungs and muscles to an impressive stress ....worth a membership for some times if you get bored of regular gyms routine
