The staff there was extremely rude on the day of my check in, i never experienced this level of rudeness ever in Saudi Arabia.
The management should give a proper training to their front desk because they know nothing about treating the customer, especially the supervisor at the front desk.
Worst experience ever and not recommended! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check out time I call Bell boy through reception. No service. I waited for 30 minutes no one turn up.
Then I took my all 3 large suitcases. And 2 cabin. All the from 5 th floor to parking slot as my taxi was waiting for Airport drop.

Check-in and out process went smooth.
Room is quiet and clean.
Breakfast was delicious and affordable.
Elevators are very small and slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in this lovely hotel for fortnight. Excellent service and friendly staff. Neat and clean rooms. Enough charging points. One universal socket too for those whose chargers are not compatible with EU standard. Breakfast spread is nice too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location, clean, but their services staff need serious enhancement. We asked twice to bring our luggage from the carpark to the basement; no one came, and we ended up bringing them alone. Moreover, we have requested two towels as there was only one towel without a bathrobe, ad the staff argued that they could only give us one extra towel; we told them it was not enough as ladies require at least two towels. Update: they brought us towels and bathrobes; I hope that was an individual act from one of the room services labor.
