And the thing is when we ordered it it came frozen rock then he took it and put it in the microwave and told me that we serve it like that just because we wanted to cancel it.
My recommendation is: do not sell something you don't know how to deal with to not kill people

Further to your inquiry on the review.
We asked the waiter for coffee crema, same as the picture, and a bottle of water. 20 minutes later he got us espresso with ice cubes that tasted like Turkish coffee. When we asked to change the drinks for something else he refused vigorously. We never got the water and asked for the bill and left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021.01.25 The coffee today was at The Illy Cafe at the Elite plaza. A very nice location. Trendy. We had hot Americanos, pistachio tarte and a chocolate cake. Nice cafe. Great taste. I like the chandelier which is made of espresso cups. Simple decoration. We sat outside on the terrace.
