★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The second branch of Ikea in Riyadh. Of course the same Ikea you can see it everywhere in the world. From A to Z you can find whatever you want for your home. My favorite place is the restourant where you can set and eat before you enter for shopping. They have underground parking. You can go for jus hang out and enjoy your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When planning my trip, I couldn't expect IKEA to be in Riyadh. Of course, as a Scandinavian, I had to visit this shop. Everything was familiar from home. Here you will find high quality home furnishing goods at a good price. Definitely recommend!

The parking is huge and majority of the products are available.
The restaurant is the best part about the new branch.
Spacious and clean .

Breakfast is very affordable.
Some pros and cons:
Some extra bacon strips (which i love ?)
The breakfast plate i had is (surprisingly) cold ?
…and where is the hot choco ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service experience with refund and exchange department. I bought a lightning product which was in a sealed box. Upon opening the product, it was damaged. I took it back within the week (normal people do work!). Apparently, defective products are to be returned within 24hours! It was written (nowhere) in the exchange policy board or receipt. The unhelpful staff (Jeffrey and Mohammad) both said it cannot be exchanged because it was broken(!) and laughed /gossiped at me when I said I was going to file a complaint. The store manager was none existent and so were the other staff members (see photos). Certainly IKEA management should know how to value and treat better their customers. Serving customers would be priority especially in a well known global brand and especially on Thursday nights when it is usually busy. Perhaps IKEA forgot how to treat customers after a long pandemic.

Restaurant serves fresh mildly spices Swedish local and Indian food
Coffee and ice-cream cone is good too

Very co-operative staff.
The reason of 4 stars rating is that sometimes there is a service shortage, and many items go missing for weeks/months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For sure, it’s the best furniture store. The concept behind IKEA is deep and meaningful. But lately, The system of cashiers and design needs more control and progress. I think they should employ professionals in these two sections.
