I’ve heard that , from colleagues, that educational courses are effective.
I’m planning to take my IELTS exam in November with IDP but I’m afraid that the previous experience may occur again. In November, 2020, I booked the exam to be at the Ladies Section as I’m a niqabi and aware that my exams will be recorded. The staff was helpful and lovely. They also provide morning coffee and tea. However, two problems annoyed me: 1) men can get into the ladies’ section from a shared corridor between men’s section and women’s. I was upset when a man didn’t know I’m there so he tried to get in, and 2) a male examiner gave me the test. It was via Skype and he was respected and objective like all IELTS examiners, but that was a surprise for me because it meant I needed to take off my niqab in front a man and I was told I have no choice since he is the only examiner for this period (afternoon period).
I expressed my thoughts to the administration after the exam and via a survey.
I presented my story so you can have better experience, and I hope things changed since then.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great place to take the ielts exam because it was neat and had a clean environment. It has a great people such as Khalid. Who helped me when i was stressed put with the exam. And he helped me understand what i should do before the test. If i have to take another ielts exam i will go this same spot again.

Staff was very accommodating about my questions and inquiries, facilities itself were nice and tidy, free refreshments as well. I would definitely recommend this IELTS center for test takers. My second experience at this IELTS testing venue has been highly satisfactory to say the least. Also, Ms Sushma Shan, in particular was extremely accommodating and promptly handled my request to have my scores sent to the desired universities. Highly recommend their service to anyone.
