يتم فيه استقبال شهادات التنسيق الصادرة من مكتب التنسيق لاصدار رخص الحفر لتمديد خدمات الكهرباء والمياه والسيول و سائر الخدمات الاخرى
حيث يقوم المركز على طباعة مخططات الكوابل النحاسية التابعة لشركة الاتصالات السعودية كما يقوم الموظفون فيه بتحديد الكوابل الرئيسية ومتابعة المشاريع الحكومية المتعارضة معها
كما انه يجدر الاشارة الى ان طبيعة عمل الموظفين فنية ميدانية لذلك فهم متواجدون في المركز لاستقبال طلبات التنسيق لمدة ساعتين الى ثلاث ساعات في الصباح ثم يخرجون لاكمال اعمالهم الميدانية ولمتابعة المشاريع المختلفة
