★ ★ ★ ★ ★ دقه في العمل واهتمام بالتفاصيل حاولت اكمال فلتي معهم ولكن رفضوا لوجود بعض الملاحظات عندي سابقه مع المقاول الاول حسبي الله عليه..اسعارهم مرتفعه بس بيت العمر يستاهل كنت اتمنى اني معهم من البدايه..بعد التدقيق وإكتساب الخبره وجدت ان اسعارهم مناسبة ولأن اضافاتهم وتجويدهم للمبنى على اعلى المواصفات للمباني..والعلم عند الله.

Their prices are high but the house of age I wish I was with them from the beginning .. After checking and gaining experience, I found that their prices are suitable and because their additions and improvement of the building On the highest specifications of buildings .. مرونة في اي طلب من طرفي ...جودة في التنفيذ...امانة ...عندهم مشكلة لم أعاني منها وذلك لعدم ضغطي عليهم وعدم استعجالي وهي بطأ في التنفيذ إلا أنهم انجزوا عملهم بجودة عالية جدا .
السعر مناسب حيث تحصلوا مني 370 ريال لمتر العظم مع المواد قبل عامين ولكن سعرهم الان بسبب فرض الرسوم عليهم وعلى العمالة الأجنبية وأصبح سعرهم 450 ريال لمتر العظم ...
تم تسليمي ضمان لمدة عشر سنوات .
سلمهم الشغل وانت مطمئن بس خلك جيد معهم بخصوص تمتير المسطحات وليس بالمبلغ المقطوع .
