I guess because of severe lack of parking.
مبنى معماريا جميل، مغلق تماما ومهجور
غالبا سبب الاغلاق عدم تناسب وتوفر مواقف مع حجم المبنى
كان المبنى في التسعينات يسمى مركز با غفار و يحتوي على محل المركز الهندسي وهو كحل متخصص في بيع الأدوات الهندسيه واقلام التحبير والورق، التي يتم استعمالها في عصر ما قبل استخدام البرامج والحاسب في التصميم وإعداد المخططات.

Beautiful architectural building, completely closed and deserted

In the nineties, the building was called Ba Ghaffar Center and it contains the engineering center shop, which is a solution specialized in selling engineering tools, inking pens and paper, which are used in the era before the use of programs and computers in design and preparation of plans.
