UPDATE: After rating my reservation experience (Which was the worst i have ever seen), i got blackmailed by the same guy and received two messages which you can find in the picture below and multiple phone calls to add as proof to the kind of people you'll be dealing with in this resort.
As far as i know blackmailing people is illegal and can be reported but id rather share this information here so that everyone knows who theyre dealing with.
Recommendation for everyone: AVOID at all costs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean chalet , we booked number 5 and it was really amazing experience. Swimming pool not that much big but its good for relaxing ? as the depth only 1.2 meter . The barbecue area well organized , many thanks to the manager haitham for his great hospitality.
