There’s only one towel in the room. When we goto reception asking for another one was told they don’t have any clean towels anymore today. They are running out! Unbelievable! Also the music is very loud outside until midnight it’s crazy. Don’t come here if you want to sleep

Last night we eat at IBIS HOTEL RESTAURANT with my wife and firends we are so much satisfied at the food they serve and prepare,on what we order the taste is good and the price are affordable we will definitely comeback again to eat there

Hotel is very near and clean. Thanks to the housekeeping as the staff is very cooperative and understanding. Special thanks to Mohammed Rafi for his kind gesture and very pleasant and loving nature who took special care for hotel guest. Overall stay is very pleasant and I really enjoyed and highly recommend as pricense are also very competitive.

Ok so first I would like to say that this place is not run-down, trashy, or unstable. This hotel is for a 1 or 2 night stay for business purposes or traveling through where all you need is a bed. With that being said let's get started with the rooms. These are tiny rooms and as I have been informed and witnessed all are the same. Just to give you a reference for the size I take 5 steps and I'm on the other wall of the room. There is no microwave. There is a safe, small but it fits passport and money inside. I have a good sized suitcase but to open it I have to lift it to the bed get what I need for the moment and close it again. With my other bags it is impossible to access the other half the room. Which as stated before with the small size this only leaves access to the door and bathroom. The bed small in size I'm not a very big or tall person yet my feet are at the bottom of the bed. Pillows seems to be reused from the 90s they look fluffy but when used your head pretty well lays on the bed. I even as a smoker can smell a musky scent in the room when the ac is off this is not from the cigarette smoke but more of a mildew musk probablyfrom. The bathrooms. The bathroom is even smaller yet and with no way to contain the water coming from the shower I witness water damage in the bathroom, surely one day this will turn to rot and mold if not already. Service. What to say here. The lady at the front desk at check In was nice not very informative. When I woke and went for the breakfast which is not bad nor good. I waited for almost half hour for my omelet being first in line I figured mine would be first prepared but I was mistaken. When I did finally get my omelet it was made incorrectly after sending back and getting a new one I find the man has put spicy pepper ? in my omelet. Asking for a plain cheese omelet I can only assume this was done cause I sent his first omelet back. Which the first omelet was just transferred to a different table for someone else. Other items at the buffet was seeing the ware of being left out unfridgerated at 730am. Overall I'm very disappointed in the place. As someone who travels a lot for work I will be not be returning or referring anyone to this hotel.

I stayed at Ibilis in Yanbu, I have some negative comments about Ibilis Yanbu, which I hope will be addressed as soon as possible: - the room AC was turned off and then discovered that the AC duct was blocked with debris. - the hotel gym equipment was not useable, the wires were cut from the multi training equipments. - theres bo bathroom shower door, so water always goes outside shower whenever i take a shower. - only one body towel and one floor towel was provided, even though the room is for two people. - no tooth brush provided, shaving equipment, or slippers. More importantly, no prayer mat being provided in the room. - the curtains don't open - there was female hair on the bed (from prrvius guest).

The stay was fine and the room was well prepared. House keeping and hospitality was very heartwarming especially by the Housekeeping in-charge Mr. Rafi. Looking forward to come again. Internet speed has to be improved.

Let's begin with the good things; it's very easy to locate, on the main road, there's self parking, room was decent and bathroom was sufficiently clean, stuff like slippers and extra bedding as well as dental care kits are available on asking, wifi is free, breakfast is fresh and tasty, corridor is always clean, no noisy neighbors and the staff is polite even if forgetful, the guard and hospitality staff are particularly nice. Now for the downside; the reception phone is busy alot, they don't keep tabs on which room requested baggage trolley, the only food items available are within the hotel, the business center is not exactly 'peek protected' and there is no signage for elevator area (so if you know it you'll get there).
