★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With the instruction of disrespectful manager, the disrespectful receptionist guy can call and wake you up while you are sleeping at 2 am to make you come to reception and pay your extension of stay, even all the stuff called or came to room during the day time has agreed to extend without payment!!! The receptionist guy didn't agree with me to pay early in the morning and I went down to pay. They should have thought that we would run away without paying!!! What a disappointing and disrespecting behaviour they show to their customers!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good day, i had an amazing experienced at Ibis riyadh olaya st. When i ask a favor from the reception to ask something that beyond thier policies and SOP. They are not hesitating to give my request which is to extend a few hours with out fee. I was so grateful and amaze those kind of response. And for that, this is my own ratings to give them 5 stars.

Security guard should be more proactive for help car parking, guests arrival, welcoming, a bit smile on face and NOT spending time on mobile all the time.

The place was clean and the food they served was good.

Special kudos to Chef MD Mohsin for making my breakfast experience superb!! He is an extraordinary chef who loves his craft! Made some out of the menu options for tasting and is a very warm host. An extra star particularly for his service ❤️
